About The Position

Shift : 7 : 00am - 5 : 30pm Mon-Fri. No weekends, no holidays.MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.

MUST HAVE 18 months recent experience in specialty applying for.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO OR COMPACT LICENSE IN HAND.RN with strong assessment, communication, and IV skills.

Should be comfortable working autonomously. Start IV s, infuse neuro medications, assess / observe patients, patient education.

Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected.For RNFA / CSFA positions only, ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission and be considered- failure to include will result in rejected profile.

Perm reference is REQUIRED and must be obtained from the past 12 monthsTravel reference is REQUIRED from the most recent assignment- if traveler has travel experienceRequired certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending.

Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open caseFacility does not accept any license hits.

EFFECTIVE 9 / 30 / 22 : Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice.

All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start.

Must be updated annually.Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
