Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities

Serves patients and families.
- Listens, investigates and works to provide resolution.
- Authorizes financial accommodation.
- May oversee processes and procedures providing recommendations and revisions.
- Responds to care concerns as required by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) of Participation.
- Serves as a resource to internal and external customers.
- Collaborates on managing concerns and conflicts.
- Creates and analyzes data.
- Assists with investigations and surveys by external agencies.
- May lead and participate on committees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care or related field; employees hired into the position prior to April 2012 are grandfathered in without degree requirement required
- 2 to 5 years experience in customer service preferred
- 2 to 5 years experience in direct patient care preferred
- Licensure or certification applicable to degree
