We are looking for a motivated, talented, and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will develop and maintain face-to-face relationships with customers by promoting products, providing assistance, and generating sales for a building materials industry leader. From customers to contractors, you play an important role in recommending products for projects of all sizes. The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting with sales and providing customer service over the phone, through emails, and through in-person interactions. This position contributes to maintaining professional relationships with large accounts to produce a loyal customer base while developing new customers into repeat customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction with superb service.
  • Communicating with customers via email, phone, fax, In person, and team meetings.
  • Provide backup support to the business development reps.
  • Generating sales quotations.
  • Closing the loop with quotation follow through.
  • Review customer purchase orders.
  • Processing sales orders, returns, and acknowledgments.
  • Engaging as a liaison between different departments to ensure high service levels.
  • Provide job quotations of varying scale and scope.
  • Expediting sales orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Engaging vendors for sales opportunities and order follow-through.
  • Technical support including alternative product recommendations.
  • Identify the right products to match customer's needs.

Qualifications:
  • Execute sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner.
  • One year experience in sales preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Basic computer knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, Google Drive.
  • Quickbooks online experience preferred.
  • Hubspot or similar CRM experience.

Salary : $42,700 - $54,100
