AllPro Government is currently hiring in the Flowery Branch area for experienced Registered Nurses with 3 years Med Surg work experience to provide nursing care in a skilled setting.
This assignment is a Government Contract and will need to pass and observe Federal regulations and policies (i.e. – background and drug-screening).
LOCATION: Flowery Branch, GA
FACILITIY: Skilled nursing unit
SHIFT HOURS: Flexible shifts – 8’s, 10's, 12’s, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
Pay Range: $42/hr
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience Med Surg
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current state license as an RN
- Proof of current CPR and BLS certification
- COVID Vaxed
Job Description:
- Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the physician's plan of care, and follow the nursing care plan for each patient
- Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change
- Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries
- Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient
- Assist the physician and Registered Nurse in complex nursing situations
- Follow universal precautions whenever giving any aspect of patient care
- Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury or significant change in the patient's condition
- Assess patients’ conditions and chart observations
- Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician
- Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals
