We are seeking self-motivated and sales-driven professionals to join our successful insurance division as a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent. In addition to our personal lines such as homeowners and auto, we offer life to individuals and a variety of business owners' policies.
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent you will follow up on leads that are generated through all aspects of our business and maintain quality relationships with our current customer base.
Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities:
· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance products and services.
· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Requirements:
· Property & Casualty license preferred
· Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
· Insurance sales experience preferred
· Interest in insurance marketing products and services based on customer needs
· Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
· People-oriented
· Proactive in problem-solving
· Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Capable of maintaining long-term relationships with policyholders
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
