- Be a team player to help grow the agency
- Achieve service/sales goals through leads and referrals
- Be organized, efficient, and detail oriented
- Help protect customers by completing request that will meet their needs
- Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage
- Payments and collections follow-up
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Back office work
Job Requirements
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
- Insurance experience is a plus
- Driven to fulfill customers’ needs
- Bilingual candidates welcome
Pay: $34,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
