We are looking for an administrative assistant who has these qualities and wants to join our team!·

Highly motivated, energetic and self-driven

Strong persuasion skills·

Prior administrative experience needed

High level of dependability·

Detail oriented

Excellent communication, computer, typing and grammar skills·

Fluent in Spanish a plus

4-40 or like a plus

You will:

Make appointments via telephone, email and text messaging.

Enter data and update changes to new and existing accounts in the database.

Be an expert in communicating company value.

Make necessary email and phone contact with prospects and current customers to ensure customer satisfaction, and to complete agreements and other assigned tasks via e-doc and e-signature requests.

Ability to be responsive to ever-changing matrix of office needs and act accordingly. Excellent ability to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Ability to use discretion when discussing personnel/client related issues that are confidential in nature.

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Spanish a plus.

Proficiency with computer programs, navigating multiple web based systems and Microsoft office products such as Word and Excel.

Experience quoting Homeowners Insurance a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
