Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

The QA Inspector is responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. The QA Inspector is responsible for construction and survey quality assurance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues when directed to by the client.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data.
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry and the client’s regulatory requirements.
• Make sure all disciplines are tracked correctly in the ASG reporting system.

Qualifications:

• Requires general knowledge of telecommunications and/or construction
• Fiber and copper background a plus.
• Requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
• understanding of telecommunications industry products and standards a plus.
• Highly Organized.
• Detail Oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of FLOW for reporting time & Concur applications for expenses.

Working Conditions:

This is a field-based Inspector position for overnight shifts. Typical work schedule is based on the needs of the clients including that required by time zones covering the United States.

Physical Requirements:

The position requires little physical ability other than that related to travel.

Pay Definition/Metrics:

Non-Exempt- $28.00 Hourly
