The Contract Operations Specialist will support the Leveraged Contract Department in the successful administration, and ongoing contract maintenance/management of all leveraged contract types. Incumbent will apply analytic methods to deliver insights relative to operational performance, identify opportunities to improve services, develop and support automated solutions for Leveraged Programs.
- Completes analytical and financial analysis for Leveraged Contracts
- Completes updates to contracts as they relate to product changes or other related upload changes
- Prepares ad hoc reporting and business review materials to be shared with internal and external customers
- Completes analysis and documentation for contract compliance
- Supports automation and system enhancements in the organization by serving on project teams as needed and supports new program strategies as requested from the Business
- Perform audits within Contract ERP system and research pricing discrepancies
- Provide list of expired contracts to assigned sales representative and contract analyst to ensure contracts are renewed or properly disposed of.
- Advises sales and other internal personnel of contract settlements and monitors contracts in accordance with program policies, legal requirements, and department SOPs
- Work in liaison with OCA Reporting in managing the reporting distribution of automated reports and complete on demand requests for contract compliance updates which may fall in-between the automated submissions. Assist in answering contract compliance related questions that OCA Reporting might forward and provide any requested detailed reporting should the field or customer request it.
- Collaborates and drives continuous efficiencies with all internal partners such as Contract Administration, Customer Service, Asset Management and Retrieval, and other internal departments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in analytical field such as finance, mathematics, computer science, statistics or relatable proven experience
· Minimum 3 years of experience related to financial/data analysis, data modelling, trend analysis, or other relatable experience
· Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and Access) is necessary.
· Working Business Objects/Showcase Reporting experience, SQL or relatable experience strongly desired
· Working SAP experience or relatable ERP experience strongly desired.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
