Title: Vocational Case Coordinator Supervisor

Overview
The Vocational Case Coordinator (VCC) Team Supervisor will manage personnel and functions to ensure successful operations for the Allsup Employment Services Return to Work program.
Description
- Responsible for the supervision of the VCC team.
- Understand all aspects of the VCC position.
- Works closely with AES leadership in carrying out responsibilities.
- Establish processes and controls within the department to promote excellent work quality and achieve department, company and customer service goals.
- Plan, develop, and recommend department goals and objectives consistent with Allsup Employment Services objectives.
- Work closely with the case management team to ensure department goals and objectives are met on a consistent basis.
- Maintain a department structure conducive to a high level of productivity.
- Evaluate current processes and encourage all team members to identify areas of opportunity or improvement.
- Responsible for people management, which includes staffing, coaching, performance management, development, motivation, and recognition of employees.
- Establish and maintain strong, two-way communications within the department in order to understand the needs and concerns of employees and work to create a positive employee culture where the team and individuals are engaged in the success of the organization.
- Develop performance plans and conduct both informal and formal check-ins and evaluations.
- Foster good communications within the department and work closely with the other leaders, supervisors and other staff members.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of beneficiary and Allsup information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Allsup’s SSDI operations and/or the AES return to work program, customer service and/or case management experience required.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills required.
- Must be detail-oriented, have solid organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems and think critically.
- Must pass Federal background check (including fingerprinting process).
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
