SUMMARY
 
 The Retention and Development (RAD)  Sales Representative develops the business by serving our current customers within their assigned territory. They are responsible for achieving sales targets and understanding competitive products. They drive revenue and profitable growth to increase ROI by adding value where needed to accomplish these goals.   This is a remote inside sales position.
 
 

JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential job functions:
 
  • Consistently exceeds sales goals in assigned territory.
  • The primary responsibility of a Contract Sales RAD representative is to drive business by establishing and maintaining business relationships internally in unoccupied or non-call universe territories.
  • Understand the focus of the customer’s practice and help them to thrive by implementing our products and programs
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to grow the business
  • Working knowledge of company products (Microbiome, Cognition and Well-being) and in the nutritional and functional medicine industry
  • Utilizes telephone, email, video conference meetings to develop business relationships with customer accounts. Rare in-person meetings dependent on customer needs and location.
  • Understand client needs and wants, solve their problems, and increase their business with SFI products and services.
  • Creating and implementing Account Plans for all CU customer accounts with short-term objectives and long-term goals along with clearly defined steps to reach them
  • Speaking with customers on a regular basis and propose new solutions for their organization.
  • Assessing, clarifying, and validating customer requirements, needs, and goals on a consistent basis.
  • Participates in special projects as directed by the NSD.
  • Participates in Lead Generation Campaigns
 
 
QUALIFICAITONS:
 
4 year college degree
Previous inside or outside sales experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry
Self-starter with good time management skills
 
 
HOURS:
 
Part-time 24-30 hours per week
