SUMMARY
Allworth Financial is looking for a candidate to take on a role of Marketing Coordinator within its marketing department.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of future client marketing campaigns and lead generation activities for the target markets division.
This is a full-time position with hybrid work options from the following office location: Addison, Texas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, test, and send future client emails
- Develop campaign tracking links for proper lead source tracking
- Create, test, and manage landing pages for campaigns and events
- Post organic social media content on company profiles, review comments, and trends
- Coordinate print jobs (quotes, timing, status) with vendor(s)
- Work with the internal team on pulling lists for campaigns
- Keep advertising campaigns and event calendars up to date for all target markets
- Manage collateral and promotional items inventory
- Prepare and distribute post-campaign and event lead generation reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Manage website updates as necessary
- Enter, manage, and track all projects in project management software
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in marketing, communications or a related field, but not required
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Marketing Assistant or Coordinator working with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of financial concepts preferred
- PC, Mac, and Microsoft Office proficient; Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint skills are ideal
- Have a thorough understanding of marketing automation software and CRM functionality
- Experience using Monday.com, Act-On, Acoustic, and Salesforce strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter: ability to anticipate needs and act
- Keen ability to multi-task, adaptable to various competing demands, and excellent communication required
- Strong ability to take direction, but also exercise judgement and independent thought
