What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, GLL Advisers position at alm?
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Memberships team at ALM and support the team’s work with leading law firms on the new product GLL Advisers. The roles report will depend on candidates experience and will be responsible for the sale of the GLL Advisers membership.
Key Goals:
Drive ALMs position among managing partners and CMOs in the Global 300, starting specifically with London
To build relationships with existing ALM clients as well as new to grow the GLL Advisers portfolio through superior customer service
Support on Account Management (utilization reports and keeping the database updated)
Complete understanding of product offering to provide a walkthrough of the offering during presale
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for reaching sales targets for GLL Advisers and expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
Support continuous improvement and strategy of the membership group - Support the VP of memberships in managing the P&L to ensure sales and execution is being sufficiently achieved
Work with the wider team to support accurate, timely and sensitive communications about the strategy, its deliverables and its progress to potential customers
Undertake other tasks as necessary to contribute to the team objectives
Office based at a minimum 3 days a week (days are inclusive of client meetings and travel)
Travel throughout the year will be required
