Adjunct-History

The History Department at Alma College invites applications for an adjunct position beginning January 2, 2023.
Qualifications: A Ph.D. in History is preferred. The program will consider an M.A. with relevant teaching experience. Applicants should enjoy teaching and demonstrate a commitment to undergraduate liberal arts education.
Teaching Responsibilities: The successful applicant will teach classes in person during our 14-week semester beginning in early January. Teaching responsibilities will include one section of HST 101: World History Survey II (introductory overview of world history since the 16th century) and one section of HST 203: Medieval World (from the 3rd through the 15th centuries).
