Alma Manor Senior Living in Alma, KS is looking for an Administrator for our newly built community. The Administrator is to maintain the business and organizational side the community, but also to be sure the staff maintains and provides quality and safe care.

As an Administrator, you will work under the general supervision of a Vice President to:
Responsible for communities overall Compliance with Company, State, and Federal rules and policies.
Review and comply with community’s budget.
Represent the community in the public and recruit and retain new employees and residents.
Supervise, coach and mentor department heads.
Bachelor’s degree, required.
Current Adult Care Home Administrators License in good standing in the State of KS, preferred.
Ability to successfully pass background and drug screenings.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
Previous long-term health care experience (highly preferred).
Ability to be a part of a team who shows compassion for others, including co-workers and residents.
A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position. A valid state administrator license that is in good standing with the State is preferred. If the selected candidate does not have the license, we will require them to go through the Administrator in Training program upon hire.
