What are the responsibilities and job description for the Returns Destruction Operative NC position at Almac Group?
Almac Group is currently seeking a Returns Destruction Operative for our Durham, NC location. The Returns Destruction Operative will be responsible for carrying out all material handling and inventory control activities required to process the destruction of all materials within the Drug Returns Warehouse.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing client approved destruction requests.
- Assist with picking of approved drug returns from bin locations and palletize
- Assist the Returns Destruction Coordinator in any destruction related duties.
- Complete destruction related record keeping/metrics information as delegated by the Returns Destruction Coordinator.
Qualifications:
Required Experience / Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 – 2 years in warehousing – receiving, reverse distribution, shipping or inventory control
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel to generate client facing documentation and reports.
Preferred Experience / Education:
- Associates Degree
- 1 – 2 years’ experience - warehouse pharmaceutical environment
- 1 – 2 years’ experience - working with clinical supplies
- 1 – 2 years’ experience – MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
