Overview
Client is seeking an on-site IT Service Desk Manager in Madison, WI, to be responsible for managing the delivery of end user technology and services, and facilitating request and incident management across the information technology organization. Reports to Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
What You'll Do:
Manage incident and request management processes to ensure timely and effective delivery of L1/L2 end user services and resolution of incidents.
Focus on reducing incident mean-time-to-resolution to mitigate business impact.
Prioritize requests and incidents based on business criteria of urgency and impact.
Develop and manage incident management escalation processes.
What You'll Bring:
BS or BA in information systems, computer science or related field.
7 year hands-on technical experience.
5 years managing Service Desk for midsized or large company.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
