Project Coordinator - Part-time

About us:

Aloompa is a leading distribution and engagement platform for sports and live entertainment. We merged with CUE Audio in 2021 and together are now powering some of the most iconic and successful live events around the world, from the largest professional sports teams and leagues, to music festivals, conferences, trade shows and so much more.

The Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Project Coordinator who can assist multiple teams to deliver high-end products and keep operations running smoothly.   Work with some of the coolest and biggest live events in the world.  25-30 hours per week required.  Hourly rate is $25.00/hour.

You Will

• Assist the Product and Account Management teams in ensuring the delivery and quality of client mobile applications

• Assist the Product team in the completion of high-end products

• Assist in the configuration and delivery of our LiveOrder, Ticketing, and Rewards products

• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Design teams to troubleshoot issues and find solutions

You Bring:

• Currently pursuing or completed Undergraduate Degree

• Hands-on collaborator

• Organized and adaptable with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once

• Confident with technology and the ability to learn

• Attention to detail

• Ability to research/troubleshoot problems when you don’t know the answer

• Experience with Google or Microsoft Office
