The Alpha Group is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to fill the role of a full-time Vocational Specialist in the Delaware/Westerville/Dublin/Columbus area. Come join our team to help support, empower and champion people on their paths to independence and success!
As a Vocational Specialist, you will:
- Develop community-based jobs for clients with a wide range of disabilities;
- Support the job coaching team and process;
- Provide job-site support and follow-up, as needed;
- Transport clients to appointments, interviews, meetings and work, as needed.
The Vocational Specialist position is full-time, 40 hours/week and pays $14-$15 per hour. The Alpha Group also offers a generous benefits package, including:
