What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Director position at Alpha Home Caare Services Inc.?
Oversee marketing for the Assisted Living communities with the company. Create a marketing plan for each facility to increase the census ongoing. Monitor and problem solve residents ledgers to ensure finances are received according to contract.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain census with each facility with a plan for increase in census.
- Schedule tours with potential interested referrals.
- Follow-up with referrals by telephone, in person, and email.
- Schedule and conduct pre-admission assessments.
- Follow-up with each facility Administrator/Director on bed availability weekly at each facility.
- Follow-up with admissions process after an admit to the facility.
- Maintain and update marketing plan as needed based on the bed availability of the facility.
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the community.
- Manage resident accounts/ledgers for accuracy in the Assisted Living communities and problem solve as needed.
- Contacts Social Security, DSS,POA/guardians, etc. to discuss status of funds when needed.
- Monitors and collects past due R&B in a timely manner to include working with Medicaid case managers, residents, family members and/or responsible parties.
Qualifications:
- Must posses an Associate's Degree or minimum of 5 years experience.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and written.
- Must posses basic computer skills.
- Must pass a Background Check.
- Must maintain a NC driver's license.
- Must be able to maintain professionalism at all times.
Salary : $15 - $18
