What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Grinder position - New Hire Bonuses!!! position at Alpha Resources LLC?
This is a production position in our Ceramics Division and a critical part of our processes.
The following are highlights of this position:
· Process a damp ceramic material through a mill to prepare for the pressing process.
· Learn to supply products and parts to various integral machines.
· Keep supplies running smoothly so other processes do not stop or fail.
· Trained to maintain machines.
· Trained to clean machines properly to eliminate cross-contamination.
· Ability to be trained on various machines.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Ability to stand and move consistently throughout the shift.
· Position is physically demanding and requires lifting 50 lbs regularly
· Understand and follow safety protocols.
· Works well with others.
· Ability to work 9am - 5:30pm daily, OT as needed
