Job Description Summary:
Staff will need a phone and a computer with access to the internet and able to reach the Caesars Okta system (equipment not supplied by Caesars).
Daily start time: Shifts are “day shift” hours (approx. 8am) for the USA, Monday - Friday. Staff will stagger start/end times across EST, CST, and PST time zones.
Duties: Staff will participate in a virtual command center to assist with issues experienced by Caesars employees using the Okta system. The persons staffing the command center will help users with direct end-user support on issues such as password resets, security questions, how to log in, clear internet browser cache, etc. Staff working at the command center will escalate any issues that cannot be addressed in a timely manner.
Training: Approximately two to three days of training will be needed at the start of, and included in, the engagement (training supplied by Caesars).
Languages: Staff must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able speak and understand Spanish, as it is spoken by a significant component of the user base.
Licensing: There are no licensing requirements for this engagement.
