TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee day to day operations of equipment
2. Manages maintenance personnel and job assignments
3. Manages work order system and preventive maintenance programs
4. Responsible for maintaining maintenance inventory and backup equipment/parts.
5. Repairs equipment
6. Manages PLC programs and plant automation.
7. Calibrates equipment
8. Manages outside contractors for equipment repair and support.
9. Responsible for staffing maintenance department.
10. Helps support and maintain regulatory compliance.
FOOD QUALITY
1. Ensure equipment is functioning correctly
2. Report any quality issues to QA Manager
FOOD SAFETY
1. Follow and enforce company GMP program
2. Report any food safety issues to Food Safety Manager
3. Ensures maintenance programs are followed as they pertain to food safety, including temporary material repairs and post repair sanitation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
2. Position may require lifting, bending, crawling, kneeling, standing for long periods of time, reaching, frequent walking and climbing ladders.
OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY
1. Follow company safety protocols and procedures
2. Report any identified safety risks to safety committee member or management

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
