Responsibilities include making hiring recommendations; instructing and training in work methods; planning, scheduling and assigning work; checking and approving work; evaluating performance; and recommending disciplinary actions regarding unsatisfactory employees.

Job Duties:
- Follow best practice accounting principles in supervision of accounts receivable and payable functions; attempt resolution of issues for more complex transactions
- Complete month end closing procedures to include account reconciliations and review of transactions
- Manage weekly payroll processes; liaise with payroll vendor regarding programmatic issues; implement and communicate improvements
- Coordinate internal and external audit preparation
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and services performed
- Assist as backup for all areas in the office as needed
- 5 years experience in a finance or accounting role
- Bachelors degree in accounting or business related field
- RV or automotive industry experience preferred but not required
- Prior experience leading and managing a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
