The fast-paced local office of a large house cleaning service looking for a Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant. If you can meet the requirements, you can start this week. One caveat. Your first week will be training for cleaning houses. It's a must that you know what our staff goes through in order to do your job : )

Job Duties would include:
· Be the voice of our company and handle all customer interaction on the phone and over email. We offer a really personal service, and you'll be developing a really personal relationship with the people we do this for.
· Answer incoming calls and book clients over the phone
· Make outbound calls
· Call leads and schedule
· Follow up on quote requests
· Follow up on completed work
· Dispatch for the following day
· Assist operations manager on weekly & daily reports
· Scan and file documents
· Help keep the office clean and organized
· Communicate client needs and issue with field techs to resolve any issues
Other requirements:
· Strong telephone and written communication skills
· Dedication to excellent customer service
· Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people
· Able to manage small business details while working independently
· Manage time and responsibilities - scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.
· Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills - especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, PowerPoint
· Knowledge of home cleaning and home services a plus
· Experience working in a Customer Service Role or Telemarketing Role preferred
· Confident in selling over the phone
· Experience handling customer payments – some QuickBooks experience preferred
