We are searching for a Pastry Chef or Pastry Lead who has a strong culinary background and an ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is not only experienced, but also has the ability to handle the demands of an opening business and develop innovative new recipes. The candidate will supervise a team of other pastry cooks, coordinate with our company partners to ensure the freshness of all ingredients, oversee kitchen equipment and facilities, and remain up to date on all food safety regulations.
Position Summary: Coordinates production and distribution of all desserts and bakery items. Supervises all pastry production and pastry staff. Maintains highest standards of quality of all baked goods and pastry items. Reports directly to Executive Chef.
