What You Will Enjoy Doing
The Office Administrator provides support to management by effectively
disseminating information through appropriate channels.
- Shipping and Receiving (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL etc.)
- Prepares domestic and international shipments
- Provides traceability of incoming and outgoing packages
Production Report - Collects and enters data for production into AlplaProd
Travel arrangements - Airlines/hotels/shuttles/scheduling and trouble shooting
- Management support
- Expense reports
- Project support
Procurement - Office materials
- Office supplies
Facility support - Arranges food/facility accommodation for visitors
- Oversight for appearance of offices/site
What Makes You Great
Min 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent
2 years of experience preferred
Strong organizational skills
Good computer skills – Excel, Word, Power Point
