Help Desk Support
Mode of interview: Either Webcam or In Person
Work arrangement: ONSITE
Applicant must have 2 years of relevant experience with the following:
- Professional experience in a technical Help Desk role, providing user support via phone, email, etc.
- Help Desk experience with onboarding/offboarding tasks using Active Directory (AD) for account management and group memberships.
- Help Desk troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Office products, Office 365, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Help Desk experience using and supporting Windows Desktop operating system, Windows 10.
- Experience installing software requiring administrative privileges.
- Experience providing user support for web browsers, primarily Internet Explorer, Edge, and Chrome.
- Experience interpreting user technical issues and determining appropriate categories/ relevant info for creating entries within a ticketing system
- Experience working within a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (essential for consideration)
- Computer data entry experience
