Job Title : Supplier Performance Coordinator
Purpose of the job :
The Supplier Performance Coordinator is part of the Supplier Excellence Team in the Procurement department. She/he ensures the operational performance of key suppliers for the Rolling Stock and Components division in the region North America.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES
Key Accountabilities
The responsibilities of the Supplier Performance Coordinator are :
Drive the internal assessment of Supplier Scorecards in the region North America in accordance with Domain panel strategies, Operational Supplier Performance, Supplier Risk Assessment.
Coordinate the supplier performance reviews, partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain and Quality departments
Perform capacity and industrial assessment to ensure sustainability, monitoring business continuity and financial health
Engage performance reviews at Supplier sites to drive key improvement and cost reduction opportunities
Participate in the procurement quality clinics to ensure capitalization of return of experience
Lead improvement actions to increase procurement maturity in compliance with APSYS
EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
Bachelor, or Master from Business or Engineering School
Experience
Mandatory:
2 to 5 years' experience in industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in rail or similar industry.
Competencies & Skills
Technical understanding of rolling stock and components products and supplier manufacturing processes
Knowledge of DFQ cycle and capable to identify areas of improvement at suppliers
Monitor and challenge operational action plans involving all other functions
Solid to advanced experience of Lean, Quality, Methods and supply chain activities
Resistance to pressure
Able to communicate and report in synthetic manner
Mobile / available for business travels in North America
