Responsibilities :
- Document, follow, organize and manage MCAs (Major Component Assembly) Handover (from Plants to Flowline), Review and analyze MCAs status and participate in Quality Gate meetings.
- Prepare and conduct FOT meeting (In collaboration with station managers). Create the MSN status report and update it on an on-going basis regarding the progress of individual aircraft (the "Aircraft Process").
- Prepare Aircraft Documentation for the different milestone production meetings (ex: FOT / MCA Handover) and liaise closely with the MAP Manager to achieve folio endorsement.
- Responsible for Aircraft follow-up addressing progress in a pro-active manner and anticipating issues and attempting to resolve them before they slow production.
- Perform inflow analysis (ex Non Conformities, work orders, QLB, TLB...) and new points' distribution.
- Record information in "Aircraft Progress" record and define daily priorities with the Station Managers.
- Generate the daily Flowline or XP-team Activity Report (folio point's analysis).
- Guarantees that all information's in "Aircraft Progress" concerning the FAL and Plants CA are in accordance with the actual physical state of the subject aircraft.
- Participate in the Quality Gate Meetings (Aircraft Transfer Between 2 Stations).
- Support the H/O Flowline or the H/O XP-TEAM regarding priority setup and work organization.
- Cooperate in national/international projects.
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 2-5 years experiences in the aviation industry is required
- Project Management experience using relevant tools and techniques.
- Good MS Office and SAP skills, as well as experience in analyzing data.
- Excellent coordination skills.
- A thorough understanding of aircraft production methods and processes.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable effective knowledge and experience in LEAN practices.
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to organize engagement efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
