Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal
- Assist in patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Provide wound care and perform dressing changes
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Infection control knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Understanding of Geriatrics care
