Position Summary:
This is an outside territory sales role where you will not be working in an office or required to report to an office; you will set your own schedule and planned working hours and submit them to your sales manager each week. You will typically be out in the sales field most of the time, calling on small and medium-sized businesses in your territory in person and meeting with business owners and key decision-makers to offer our best-in-industry supplemental insurance products to them and their employees. Training includes very brief classroom time but is largely accomplished by working side-by-side with one of our existing top performers. Your learning and career progression will also be supplemented by self-study courses designed by past and present Top 1% performers. A background in college-level or higher athletics, military or law enforcement experience, or simply a proven track record of outstanding performance and promotability in a chosen career field is preferred but not required.

Compensation includes a weekly draw option and uncapped commissions
Average first-year income is $88,000 plus bonuses. First-year income can range from $53,000 for sales reps who are meeting minimum sales criteria to well over six figures for top sales performers
