POSITION:
Manages all aspects of birthday parties and groups, including contacting interested individuals, building reservations on the POS, and scheduling staff. Leads and coaches Party Hosts to make parties fun for the jumpers and stress-free for the parents. Assists and supports Front Desk staff in all things related to parties and groups. Maintains communication with groups before and after the event to ensure customer satisfaction. Partners with Marketing team to develop effective advertising, to drive more parties and groups. Sources, orders, and maintains inventory of party supplies. Communicates with other Managers regarding parties and events.
BACKGROUND:
Must have passion for success and outstanding leadership skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
Need to be able to multitask
Able to work some on weekends
Successful candidates must be ready to help our guests HAVE FUN!
