We're looking for an Office Assistant to help keep our office organized and running smoothly. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Make and receive phone calls.
- Answer and relay messages using a computer database.
- Perform regular administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Compile and distribute office memos and newsletters.
- Use electronic communications to network with outside groups.
- Make travel arrangements for senior staff members.
- Clear and maintain reception area; handle visitors and telephone calls.
- Print Label and handle Shipping Process
- Must be Training in Warehouse.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
