Background Profile

• 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting required.
  • 3 years of experience preferred.
• Experience managing teams of 30 associates on a shift required
• Prepared to work 3pm - 1am M-F for the foreseeable future with some flexibility for occasional weekends. (Schedule will likely go to 4-ten hour shifts this summer)
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, Email, etc, preferred
• Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred
