Are you an initiative-taking quality leader ready to help coach and lead a quality team for a specialty tire manufacturer? As the Quality Manager, you will drive the quality system, lead continuous improvement efforts in the plants products and processes, and drive your team toward measurable quality results.   • Continuous-improvement focused, driving Lean concepts and problem solving techniques.

  • Bachelor's degree required, engineering degree preferred
  • 6 years of quality experience in an industrial manufacturing plant setting
  • 3 years of supervisory experience leading a salaried team
  • Knowledge of quality tools: APQP, FMEA, CP, 8D CAPA, SPC, DOE, Use of Minitab, Gage R&R, PPAP’s
  • Experience managing an ISO-certified environment
  • Flexible schedule for quality issues
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) through all levels of the organization
  • High-energy, hands-on personality
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Problem-solving experience
