Altru Hospital 1200 S.Columbia Rd. Grand Forks, ND 58201 Pay Range: $52,457.60 - $78,686.40 Summary:
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm The Project Coordinator works as an owner advocate for projects as assigned. The Project Coordinator is responsible for follow-through, support tasks, and communication of various support projects. This position interacts with various individuals from within and outside of the organization and must be able to communicate clearly and directly to assure projects are completed within established timeframes.
Essential Job Functions:
- Plans, develops and coordinates assigned projects. Maintains necessary documentation. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborates with and supports stakeholders to meet department and organizational goals.
- Provides support through schedule management, meeting preparation and coordination, communication with customers, and identifying and applying resources effectively.
- Establishes good interpersonal relationships and seeks opportunities to develop relationships with all stakeholders.
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
