Aluminum Coating Technologies is a growing family-owned business serving northern California for all anodizing and other metal finishing needs. We are looking for a dedicated quality assurance analyst/pricing specialist to support quality management efforts and evaluate pricing. The specialist is responsible for quality inspections, pricing in-house work, providing quotes, and customer service. The ideal candidate comfortably handles a high level of responsibility in an intimate setting and thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic work environment.

Full-Time, 8-10 hours a day, Monday through Friday
Wages: $26.00 to $32.00 /hour

Responsibilities
- Analyze requirement documents and blueprints to gain a thorough understanding of engineering expectations.
- Quote and establish fair pricing for all work conducted by Production
- Review and evaluate all pricing for new and previously processed work.
- Determine the factors of production that influence the cost of processing.
- Create labor, cost, material, and time estimates necessary to satisfy customer requirements
- Verify the accuracy of all paperwork, purchase orders, and blueprints.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Evaluate customer specifications and communicate customer needs.
- Enter all data into company ERP software and create Job and Shipping Orders according to customer specifications.
- Create and update documentation, spreadsheets, presentations and reports.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Manage projects to develop and improve policies and procedures.
- Interface with Production, Shipping and Receiving, Ownership, and Sales.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in the physical sciences, mathematics, statistics, or other relevant field.
- 5 years experience in purchasing or manufacturing.
- Punctual, reliable, organized
- Attention to detail and safety
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College-level mathematics skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
- Professional demeanor and maintain confidential information
- Proficiency with computers and ERP software, including Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and UPS Worldship.
