Due to tremendous demand within Asia region, A&M Asia is looking to hire additional resources from Analyst to Senior Manager level candidate(s) in our Restructuring Practice. Based in Hong Kong, these positions will be required to work on a diverse range of complex assignments, with focus on all aspects of financial and operational restructuring and turnaround initiatives both in and out of bankruptcy or fiscal distress. Qualifications Manager/Senior Manager 5-8 years’ working experience in M&A/corporate finance/restructuring plus transaction advisory/DD experience Financial skills: bottom-up 3-statement financial modeling, strong DCF modeling skills Quantitative analytical skills: good understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications; good understanding of credit analysis Other skills: Bloomberg terminal/Capital IQ Languages: excellent in both verbal and written Mandarin and English A demonstrated genuine interest in financial restructuring Ability to work independently and collaborate with all levels of staff OVERVIEW OF A&M ASIA A&M established its Asia presence in 2003 and currently has offices in Greater China (Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing), Seoul and Singapore.
