Dealing with matters of a complex nature requires a broad range of skills and experience. A&M's DI practice comprises professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, who bring deep expertise in conducting investigations, delivering expert witness reports and providing forensic technology services. Our Disputes & Investigations team is pan European with teams in Paris, London, Munich, Frankfurt, Geneva, Athens, Madrid and Zurich. We have worked on some of the most significant, high-profile matters in the investigative and disputes area across many European countries and beyond. Our Paris based Disputes & Investigations team is lead by Andrew Flower, currently listed by Who’s Who Legal as one of the top 10 leading expert witnesses in international arbitration in Europe. He manages a high quality team and their work is very respected in France and internationally. We are growing quickly and as a result we have a number of opportunities for experienced forensic dispute and arbitration professionals in our Paris office. The successful candidate will; Work closely with our Managing Director and Senior Directors on a variety of missions within France and internationally Use forensic accounting skills to investigate fraud and other financial misrepresentation Create and contribute to complex Financial Models for arbitration & litigation purposes Produce detailed Valuation reports for a range of cross-border disputes Assist in the preparation of Expert witness reports of a financial or economic nature Provide strategic financial or economic advice to lawyers & clients to support their legal strategy The successful candidate will have a balance of the following skills: Experience working on Forensic Disputes & Arbitration cases within a leading advisory firm Extensive knowledge and skills in accounting and valuation Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to synthesise information from several sources and draw coherent, well-evidenced conclusions Well developed report writing skills including writing expert reports for international arbitration cases Fluency in French & English is required (whilst additional international language skills are highly desirable) As you will have the opportunity to be part of international projects and work with clients across the world, the candidate should be willing to travel.
