Our award-winning global practice includes over 600 professionals in 25 offices across the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. We are an established and highly active Transaction Advisory practice working for premium clients on high profile deals, large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates and LBO’s. A&M TAG have a unique delivery model that enables all members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors thus empowering individuals to fast track their careers and development. We are expanding and we are looking for experienced and ambitious ACAs to join our Transaction Advisory practice in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of high-profile FDD projects both within the UK and across Europe. As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to: Work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing broad industry & client exposure Contribute to projects and work streams reporting directly to the Managing Directors & Senior Directors Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams in the UK and Europe developing broad international deal experience Gain exposure to senior members of the team in the UK and internationally gaining ‘on the job’ learning & development in addition to established formal training programmes via our Learning and Development team Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to analysing the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction Work alongside A&M’s operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence & wider deal process Network with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships A&M is an environment that presents a real opportunity for ambitious individuals as all employees are encouraged to develop their client network and business development skills. Essential experience: Big 4 qualified ACA with first time passes and a strong academic record Experience in Audit or in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) is essential Native or fluent English is required.
