What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at Alvita Care?
The Branch Manager with Alvita Care will be responsible for the successful operational and financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement that will fuel growth in your branch office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive growth and profitability through direct branch profit & loss responsibility including: billing and pay rates and associated gross margin, revenue generation and follow-up of account receivables, and expenses impacting bottom line
- Deploy employee orientation, ongoing in-services, and ad hoc training through a variety of modalities
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and accreditation standards in delivery of care
- Maintain employee and patient files to state regulatory and accreditation standards
- Coordinate performance evaluations and goal setting, staff schedules, employee relations, payroll and time & attendance tracking, performance issues and disciplinary action
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s in business, health administration, or related field or combination of school and work experience
- 2 years of home care experience preferred
- 5 years of healthcare operations experience
- Experience managing a P&L
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
