What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales/Customer Service position at ALWS Solutions?
You are an independent thinker with the proven ability to collaborate with internal and external teams. You will have the ability to deliver company's value proposition to new and existing professionals in the real estate industry, including ownership entities and property managers. Candidate will answer questions and provide information to maximize volume for the company build program. The candidate will be reaching out, via phone to a list of building ownership entities, explaining the company value proposition and securing the ability for our engineers to conduct a site survey and then negotiating an access agreement with the owner for the placement of equipment at the building.
Job Duties
- Uses internal databases and other Internet resources to qualify a candidate address and determine the ownership name and/or building agent. Verify and validate company customers in target buildings.
- Make and answer phone calls to building owners to discuss company value proposition. Engage in active listening, utilize software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately. Informs landlords by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information.
- Makes recommendation on process improvements based on feedback from building ownership. Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
- Ability to maintain strong phone presence by asking clarifying questions and move projects to the next phase.
- Interfaces with internal engineering staff to schedule site surveys and follow up with building ownership.
- Interfaces with internal legal team to negotiate BAA agreements.
- Ability to manage a project from start to finish.
Skills:
