Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Process journal entries and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Prepare financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with technical accounting standards and regulations.
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero, Quicken, or other relevant tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
