Job Description
We are recruiting for the best, right individual who wishes to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the opportunity to grow! As a Full-Time Scheduler, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating schedules for our caregivers and clients using a software platform management system.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently schedule caregivers to meet client needs using our software platform management system.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers and clients to confirm schedules, address changes, and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize scheduling efficiency and support business growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to caregivers, clients, and team members.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Must Have
- 1 years of scheduling experience, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
- 1 years Caregiving required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience using scheduling software .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
