What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRIS Analyst position at Amadeus?
Summary of the role:
Are you the next HRIS Analyst we are looking for?
- You will be committed to providing a seamless user experience for all employees across the Americas.
- You will support the Business and partner with multiple teams within the People & Culture community and other internal departments to ensure data consistency, integrity and efficient business processes within our People & Culture systems.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of people and organizational data within our systems.
- You will regularly partner with various internal departments (Controlling, Digital Transformation Services and other People & Culture functions such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Mobility, Immigration, People & Culture Business Partners) for HRIS related matters and data maintenance and processing issues.
- You will support People & Culture by delivering reports, regularly auditing people and organizational data and internal controls.
- You will be supporting the digital transformation of our people processes across the organization.
In this role you’ll:
- Be responsible for the processing employee transactions in the system and for ensuring the highest level of data integrity is met.
- Develop/maintain consistent and appropriate data governance models.
- Analyze information, identify root cause of issues and recommends potential solutions.
- Monitor business processes effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify, recommend and implement process/customer service improvements and best practices.
- Ensure that policies and SOPs are documented, published, updated regularly and communicated to all users / stakeholders.
- Lead the delivery of training plans to end users on an as-needed basis.
- Support migrations / integrations and support ongoing design changes and configuration of the functionality of newly implemented modules to improve system efficiency.
- Identify and correct functional issues related to data migration, data element relationships and integration issues.
- Perform analysis and maintenance required for interfaces between Workday, ADP (Payroll), Benefits vendors and other solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of additional functionalities/change requirements.
- Use project management skills in managing HRIS projects.
About the ideal candidate:
- Education: BS in Business, HR or another related field

Relevant Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in HRIS roles
- Workday experience
- Success Factors / ADP / Other payroll systems preferred
- Business Understanding: Basic to intermediate business knowledge with comprehensive understanding of the organization and functional areas, inclusive of matrix reporting.
