POSITION OVERVIEW
Fulfill an important role in the organization to support the Amano McGann Branch Office with responsibilities including: answering incoming phone calls, discussing service and related items with clients, entering service calls into Microsoft Dynamics (GP), dispatching and tracking of Field Service Technicians, ordering, shipping/receiving, inventory control, invoicing and collections, customer service, inside sales, and other various administrative tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be accustomed to answering incoming phone calls with a pleasant demeanor and either directly addressing the need, or forwarding calls according to client need/s.
Demonstrated advanced skill using Microsoft Office
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
Excellent organizational/administrative skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Customer service orientation, with a strong problem solving
Ability to learn new software and product lines quickly.
Proficient with inventory control and procedures
Pack and process UPS / Fed-Ex shipments utilizing online web portals
- Ability to establish solid relationships with clients and vendors
Creates a positive work environment for all parties
Must be a team player and willing to take on new challenges
Familiarity with Field Service Technician dispatch and tracking
Supports Project Management SOP including invoicing, Set up and duties as assigned
- Additional duties as assigned
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Associate Degree or equivalent in business or related field
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a high paced business environment
- Previous experience in a field service company preferred
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
- Reports to the Branch Leadership as assigned
- Works closely and collaboratively with Service Manager, Project Manager, and Technical Services Team.
- Works closely and collaboratively with the sales and account teams supported
