· Strong communication skills in verbal and written form with the ability to address residents’ suggestions and concerns, mediate employee issues, compose email, write letters, and complete reports easily and efficiently and accurately.
· Strong financial acumen to maximize revenue opportunities, control expenses and meet or exceed net operation income.
· Strong knowledge and understanding of regulations with ability to ensure compliance
· Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize your time, delegate effectively and set boundaries
· Strong relationship building skills with ability to earn the respect of all Community members
· Willing to acquire a working knowledge of how Montessori Theory operates for senior centers and promote this in all situations.

Qualifications
· 5 Years’ Experience as an Executive Director/Administrator of a mid-sized Assisted Living and Memory Care Community.
· Ability to show evidence of success in areas described above
· Meet New Mexico Assisted Living Administrator requirements, including criminal record and abuse registry clearances .
· Driver’s license with clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
