What are the responsibilities and job description for the Records Specialist position at Amazing Care Home Health Services?
Amazing Care Home Health is looking for a Records Coordinator who will assist with the quality assurance program by maintaining the medical records as well as the personnel files.
The Records Coordinator will be responsible for filing all client and employee documentation in the correct location within each chart and assuring that all client charts have all required legals. The Records Coordinator will also be responsible for uploading personnel file information into the system.
You will do all this while maintaining confidentiality of Patient and Agency matters.
