This role will partner with the Worldwide Customer Services (WWCS) Leadership and Finance team to manage and drive improvements to the existing financial planning and reporting structure across the world. The key goal for this role is to deliver robust, structured reporting and processes, that are well understood and well communicated. In addition to regular reporting you will be involved in both initiating and supporting new projects and initiatives across the global team. Strong organizational skills, continuous improvement of processes, and the ability to build good relationships with the global team will be critical to success in this role. The data and tools to drive the reporting and insights are the responsibility of this team to manage and influence across the WW Operations Finance organization.

- Utilization of Excel and financial system/databases
- Recommending, developing, and implementing mechanisms to guide the business and finance teams.
- Continuous reporting innovation and automation.
- Creating step-change financial analyses and insight.
- Partnering with upstream and downstream teams to ensure that all planning processes are efficient.
- Driving continuous improvement and communication to both your operations & other business partners.
- Working with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely.
- Influencing others, and encouraging your team to challenge assumptions.
- Experience in hiring, leading and developing teams including a demonstrated ability to set and execute a clear direction for your team, prioritize workload and drive projects to completion.
- An ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines and a work ethic based on a desire to exceed expectations.
- Proven analytical and communication skills with an ability to articulate complex financial views to business teams.
- Superior attention to detail, project management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced analytical skills including a demonstrated ability to develop and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.
- Experience in matrixed organizations
